Robinson and Associates International (R&AI) has provided consulting services to more than 200 public and private sector organizations throughout the world. Primary clients are associations and professional groups, universities, agencies of state and federal government, private businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Types of services include:

• Conducted “Organizational Development Interventions” for private and public sector organizations that are experiencing stress due to recision or growth pains, such as Aunt Martha’s Youth Services, Mattison, IL, Delta Foundation, Greenville, MS, and the Ministry of Agriculture in Sri Lanka.
  
  
• Prepared proposals for grants and contracts, such as serving as co-author of a ten-year $40,000,000 grant for an Empowerment Zone in the Mississippi Delta and a $2,500,000 grant for the Public School District in Houston, Texas.
  
  
• Conducted action-research projects for organizations such as The Nature Conservancy and the Ministry of Primary Industries in Australia on topics related to soil and water conservation and natural resource conservation.
  
  
• Conducted more than 1,000 workshops on topics related to leadership development, stress and wellness, motivating others to achieve objectives, conflict management and other topics in human relations and community development.
